Comprehensive Assessments
All candidates undergo four rigorous assessments: an English Language test, IQ test, Competency evaluation, and Personality assessment. Only those who demonstrate exceptional proficiency—achieving a C2 level (the highest CEFR standard) in English, an IQ score above 110, strong competency in relevant skills, and a personality suited to the role—advance to the next stage.

Interview Process
Candidates participate in two stages of interviews. The first interview focuses on their previous job experiences, work ethics, and problem-solving abilities. The second is a panel interview where we evaluate their cultural fit within our agency and assess how well they align with client needs.

In-depth Skills Evaluation
The remaining candidates are further evaluated across essential skills, such as customer service, client relationship management, project management, and research. This stage ensures they possess the specific expertise required to excel in the Executive Assistant role.

Real-World Project Assignments
Top candidates are given real-world tasks to complete under high-pressure conditions. This phase tests their ability to deliver results efficiently, showcasing their skills in action.

Live Client Matching
