Can I give my VAs bonuses?
Absolutely! We encourage rewarding exceptional performance. Any bonuses you'd like to give your VA can be coordinated through Vitalis Outsourcing, ensuring proper documentation and transparent disbursement.
 
 

Direct hiring of our VAs outside of Vitalis Outsourcing's services is not allowed during the contract period. However, after the contract term, you can discuss buyout options with us if you'd like to bring your VA in-house permanently.

 

Yes, you can request to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will take effect in the next billing cycle.
